eBook Design Service Process

Our eBook Design service focuses on creating visually appealing and professional eBooks that reflect your brand and effectively communicate your content. Please note: this service covers design only — content writing or publishing is not included.

1. Choose Your Options & Checkout

Select this service, add it to your cart, and complete payment to secure your project in our design queue. You can choose from the following options:

• eBook Cover Design Only: Custom cover design that aligns with your brand and book theme.

• Full eBook Design – 15 Pages: Includes cover + 15 interior pages.

• Full eBook Design – 25 Pages: Includes cover + 25 interior pages.

• Full eBook Design – 40 Pages: Includes cover + 40 interior pages.

• Additional Pages: Single additional pages can be added at $10 per page if your eBook exceeds the selected page count.

2. We’ll Reach Out for Project Details

After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather all necessary information, including:

• Brand name, logo, and color palette

• eBook title, author name, and subtitle (if any)

• Manuscript or content to be included

• Images, graphics, or illustrations to incorporate

• Style preferences or examples for inspiration

• Any special formatting requests (headings, call-outs, tables, etc.)

3. eBook Design Process

Once we have your details and content, our team will begin designing your eBook. This includes:

• Custom cover layout and typography

• Interior page layout tailored to your selected page count

• Use of brand colors, fonts, and graphics

• Incorporation of images, illustrations, or visual elements as provided

• Print-ready or digital PDF formatting for delivery

Turnaround Time

• Estimated design completion:

  • Cover Only: 2–4 business days

  • Full eBook 15 pages: 5–7 business days

  • Full eBook 25 pages: 7–10 business days

  • Full eBook 40 pages: 9-14 business days

• A preview link or PDF will be shared for review before final approval.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $25 per revision.

5. Final Delivery

Once the final design is approved, your eBook will be delivered via email in high-resolution PDF format, ready for digital use.
