Communication Process

• Once you've received the email confirming your purchase, you will be contacted via email for an initial consultation to discuss an appointed time for your Brand Development Consultation.
• You are expected to respond to all emails, messages and requests within 3 business days of receipt or else the project will be considered abandoned for which no refunds will be administered.
• Please refrain from constantly messaging during the waiting period unless you are required to do so.

Timeline

• Your Brand Development Consultation will be held based on the agreed date and time.
• You are expected to attend the consultation on time.
• If you are 15 minutes late without communication, your consultation will be considered to be abandoned.
