Shopify Website Design & Development Process

Our Shopify Website Design service focuses on creating a fully customized, visually appealing, and user-friendly online store that reflects your brand and drives sales. Please note: this service covers design and setup only — payment gateway setup, shipping integrations, or Shopify subscription costs are not included.

Here’s how the process works:

1. Choose Your Options & Checkout
   Select this service, add it to your cart, and complete payment to secure your project in our design queue. You can choose from:

   • Website Design Only

   • Website Design + Custom Domain Setup – Khai Designsz will purchase a custom domain on your behalf and connect it to your Shopify website.

   • Shopify Website Revamp – For clients who already have a Shopify store and want a redesign. Login credentials are required to complete setup.

     • Revamp + Custom Domain Setup (Optional) – Revamp clients can also request a new custom domain to be purchased and connected to their redesigned site.

   Account Creation for New Users: If you are a new Shopify client, Khai Designsz will create your account using the email you provide. Once the design and setup are complete and approved, login credentials will be sent to you.

2. We’ll Reach Out for Project Details
   After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather all necessary details, including:

   • Business name, logo, and brand colors

   • Text content, product details, and images

   • Any style preferences or inspiration

   • Collection and product categories

   • Desired page structure

3. Website Design & Setup
   Once we have all your details, our team will begin building your Shopify store. This includes:

   • Custom Home Page Design tailored to your brand

   • All Collection Covers Designed for a cohesive visual identity

   • Up to 6 Website Pages (e.g., Checkout Page, Policies Page, FAQ Page, Contact, About, Services)

   • Up to 6 Website Banners

   • Up to 15 Product Uploads with covers and sample images provided by the client or designed by Khai Designsz

   • Website SEO Optimization for both mobile and desktop

   • Estimated turnaround time: 14 –21 business days, depending on project size.

   • A preview link will be shared during the design stage for feedback and revisions.

4. Review & Revisions
   You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $50 per revision.

5. Final Delivery & Access
   Once the final design is approved, your Shopify store will be completed and fully accessible. You will receive login credentials and instructions for managing your store, products, and updates.

   • If you selected Website Design + Custom Domain Setup or Revamp + Custom Domain Setup, Khai Designsz will purchase the domain and connect it to your Shopify site. Custom domains renew yearly, and clients are responsible for renewing the domain on their own via the domain platform login. Login credentials for the domain platform will be provided upon completion.

   • Clients also have the option to request domain renewal to be managed by Khai Designsz at an additional cost if they prefer not to handle it themselves.

• All Shopify website development purchases are non-refundable once payment is made, as work begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
