Acuity Website Design Process
Our Acuity Website Design service focuses on creating a clean, user-friendly, and visually appealing website that elevates your booking experience and reflects your brand identity. Please note: this service covers design only — payment gateway setup, domain purchases, and subscription plan costs are not included.
Here’s how the process works:

Choose Your Design Option
At checkout, select the service that best suits your needs:-
Design Only (DIY Setup): We design your complete Acuity website and send all design files, images, and structure details to your email so you can set it up yourself.

Full Acuity Website Design + Setup (New Users): We create a new Acuity account using the email you provide, design your website, and complete the setup directly in the account. Once the site is approved, all login credentials will be sent to you.

Acuity Website Revamp (Existing Users): For clients who already have an Acuity account, we redesign and update their existing site. Login access is required to complete the setup and updates.

Add to Cart & Checkout
Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, add it to your cart and complete payment. This secures your project in our design queue. -
We’ll Reach Out for Project Details
After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather the details needed to begin your project, including:-
Your business name, logo, and brand colors

Any existing Acuity website URL (for revamps)

Content, service descriptions, and scheduling information you’d like included

Your preferred email for a new account (if applicable)

Any style preferences, layout inspiration, or reference websites

Design Phase
Once we receive all your details, we’ll begin designing your Acuity website with a focus on clean structure, professional branding, easy navigation, and a seamless booking experience.-
Estimated turnaround time: 10 –14 business days, depending on project size.

A preview or draft will be shared for your review and feedback before final delivery.

Review & Revisions
You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. After the 3rd revision, an additional fee of $50 per revision will apply. -
Final Delivery & Access

DIY Setup Option: Your full design files, images, and setup guide will be delivered to your email.

Full Setup (New Users): We complete the setup in your new Acuity account, and login credentials are sent to you once the site is approved.

Revamp (Existing Users): Your redesigned site is implemented in your existing account using the login you provide.

This is a design-only service — it does not include payment gateway setup, domain purchases, or Acuity subscription costs. These are handled separately within your Acuity account.

All Acuity website design purchases are non-refundable once payment is made, as work begins immediately after your order is confirmed.
Refunds & Revisions
Please note that no refunds are allowed upon request. Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of KHAI Designsz in cases of client misconduct, such as extreme disrespect or impatience. Clients who are extremely disrespectful will be permanently banned from working with KHAI Designsz. Each project includes up to three (3) free revisions after the initial draft is reviewed. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur an extra cost.
