Social Media Content Package Design Process
Our Social Media Content Package Design service delivers professional, custom-made graphics tailored to your brand. These designs are ideal for maintaining a polished online presence, promoting campaigns, and increasing engagement — all while staying consistent with your visual identity.
⚠️ Important: This service is design only — it does not include posting, scheduling, or uploading to any platform.
1. Choose Your Content Package

2. Provide Your Design Details
After payment is confirmed, we’ll reach out to you via email to gather the necessary details for your project:

Brand name, logo, and color palette

Platform(s) the designs are intended for (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Text or messaging to include in posts/stories

Preferred style or theme (minimalist, luxury, bold, etc.)

Images or product photos you’d like used (optional)

Any calls-to-action, hashtags, or taglines
⚠️ If you don’t have a logo, one must be purchased separately. A logo is required before design work begins.
3. Design & Draft Phase
Once we have your details, we’ll begin designing your content based on the selected package and brand style. All visuals will be optimized for the platform and formatted to standard post/story dimensions.
4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive preview drafts of your designs for review.

Up to 3 free revisions are included.

Additional revisions beyond the included 3 cost $25 per revision.
5. Final Delivery
Once approved, your final designs will be delivered via email in high-resolution PNG or JPG format, ready for posting.
Turnaround Time

All required details must be submitted before design work begins to avoid delays.
Refunds & Revisions
Please note that no refunds are allowed upon request. Refunds may only be granted at the sole discretion of KHAI Designsz in cases of client misconduct, such as extreme disrespect or impatience. Clients who are extremely disrespectful will be permanently banned from working with KHAI Designsz. Each project includes up to three (3) free revisions after the initial draft is reviewed. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur an extra cost.
