Our Custom Mailbox and Polymailer Design service focuses on creating branded, visually appealing packaging that elevates your product presentation and strengthens brand identity. Please note: this service covers design only — printing or production is not included.

1. Choose Your Options & Checkout

Select this service, add it to your cart, and complete payment to secure your project in our design queue. You can choose from the following combined packaging type & design options:

• Standard Mailbox Design: Professional layout for mailbox packaging using your logo, brand colors, and provided graphics.

• Premium Mailbox Design: Includes everything in Standard, plus custom photographs, additional visual elements, and enhanced graphic features.

• Standard Polymailer Design: Professional layout for polymailer packaging using your logo, brand colors, and provided graphics.

• Premium Polymailer Design: Includes everything in Standard, plus custom photographs, additional visual elements, and enhanced graphic features.

2. We’ll Reach Out for Project Details

After payment is confirmed, our team will contact you via email to gather all necessary information, including:

• Brand name, logo, and color palette

• Product or business name and tagline (if any)

• Packaging dimensions (height, width, depth for mailboxes; length and width for polymailers)

• Dieline PDF (mandatory requirement — must be obtained from your print supplier)

• Any graphics, icons, images, or photographs to include

• Style preferences or examples for inspiration

3. Design Process

Once we have your details and dielines, our team will begin designing your packaging. This includes:

• Professional layout tailored to your selected package type and design option

• Organized placement of brand elements, logos, and graphics

• Clear and readable typography

• Inclusion of photographs and additional elements for Premium designs

• Print-ready formatting based on the provided dielines and material specifications

Turnaround Time

• Estimated design completion: 4 – 7 business days, depending on project complexity.

• A preview link or PDF will be shared for review before final approval.

4. Review & Revisions

You’ll receive up to 3 free revisions to request design changes. Any revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $25 per revision.

5. Final Delivery

Once the final design is approved, your mailbox or polymailer design will be delivered via email in high-resolution PDF format, print-ready based on provided dielines.

Important:

• This service is design only — printing or production is not included.

• Dieline PDFs must be obtained from your print supplier and provided to us.

• Packaging sizes must be clearly communicated for accurate print-ready design.

• All mailbox and polymailer design purchases are non-refundable once payment is made.

• Premium designs include photographs and additional visual elements; Standard designs do not.
