Communication Process

• Once you've received the email confirming your purchase, you will be contacted via email for an initial consultation to discuss the development process of your Monthly Retainer Package.
• You are expected to respond to all emails, messages and requests within 3 business days of receipt or else the project will be considered abandoned for which no refunds will be administered.
• Please refrain from constantly messaging during the waiting period unless you are required to do so.

Timeline

• You are expected to review and correspond feedback within 3 business days at all times (if it goes beyond 3 business without feedback: you will be required to pay an additional $20 to continue your development process; no feedback after 5 business days will cause your project to be considered abandoned.
