Communication Process

• Once you've received the email confirming your purchase, you will be contacted via email for an initial consultation to outline the details of your desired Book Cover design.
• You are expected to respond to all emails, messages and requests within 3 business days of receipt or else the project will be considered abandoned for which no refunds will be administered.
• Please refrain from constantly messaging during the waiting period unless you are required to do so.

Timeline

• The first draft will begin once you have responded to our enquirers via email in regards to the details of your project.
• The first draft of your project will be sent within 5 business days for your review.
• Please note an expedition fee of an additional $15 dollars may be applied if you desire the first draft within 2 business days. (must be communicated in response to our email re the details of your project)
• You are expected to review and correspond feedback within 3 business days at all times (if it goes beyond 3 business without feedback: you will be required to pay an additional $10 to continue your development process; no feedback after 5 business days will cause your project to be considered abandoned.
