The 2-Day Social Media Content Package is a dynamic and visually engaging campaign plan tailored to showcase your brand and its collections. It ensures consistent, creative content to captivate your audience across platforms. 

Communication Process

• Once you've received the email confirming your purchase, you will be contacted via email for an initial consultation to discuss the development process of your Social Media Content Package.
• You are expected to respond to all emails, messages and requests within 3 business days of receipt or else the project will be considered abandoned for which no refunds will be administered pending the nature of your absence.
• Please refrain from constantly messaging during the waiting period unless you are required to do so.

Timeline

• The first draft will begin once you have responded to our enquirers via email and same will be delivered to you within 5 business days for your review.
• You are expected to review and correspond feedback within 3 business days at all times (if it goes beyond 3 business without feedback: you will be required to pay an additional $10 to continue your development process; no feedback after 5 business days will cause your project to be considered abandoned.
